The Washington Post columnist Jay Mathews creates this list every year which is published in The Washington Post (although he used to do it for Newsweek). He ranks schools based on the number of AP/IB exams taken by students divided by the number of graduating seniors. It doesn' t matter how well the students did on the tests. Data is from 2012. Published 4-12-2013.
